Returns & Replacements
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
The following are not eligible for return:
- Custom Orders
- Duffle Bags
- Orders shipped outside India
- Seconds — once an order has been replaced or exchanged, it cannot be exchanged, replaced or returned again
- Purchases made using discount codes or offers — these qualify for exchange and replacement only, not refunds
Condition for a refund
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging intact.
